Default Which Outer Cam Bearings With SE Hyd Cam Tensioner Upgrade

Can anyone recommend which outer cam bearings I should get for Andrews 26A cams in my 2004 Heritage. I will be upgrading to the SE Hydraulic Cam Tensioner/Pump kit p/n 25284-11 in the Spring. I will get Torrington B148's for the inner bearings. The cams are already installed with the stock setup and I will not be getting new ones for the upgrade kit, just want to get new outer cam bearings. Thanks

Torrington, Timken (maybe all the same now) and the Nachi 6004 C3(Japanese and good quality) are good as well as the SKF 6003 C3 which are included in the S&S kit. If you just need bearings, go to the local bearing supply house and see what they have in an of the above brands that cross over to 6004 C3. Remember that the front is a ball bearing and the rear is a roller. You can run two ball bearings if running gear drives but if chain drive you need a roller in the rear and a ball bearing up front.

If you can wait, suggest you buy a cam install kit from S&S or Andrews; the kit will include inner/outer cam bearings and cam cover gasket.

Thanks for the replies. I guess as a follow-up question, are the inner and outer bearings for the Andrews 26A cams the same size as the stock TC88 cam bearings?
