So I am just finishing up my Fuel Moto 107" kit on my '08 FLHTCUI. I was checking the Fuel Moto website and noticed I can get my stock throttle body ported for about a 2HP torque & HP increase. So this got me thinking. So I have a few questions.
1) Would a larger SE TB give this kit much more power?
2) Roughly how much more than a stock ported?
3) How big are the newer 103" TB's?
4) Would a stock 103" work on my 98" bike? (Throttle by wire)
5) And if so, would I see an increase with it on my 107" kit?
IF, the cylinder heads were ported to accept the use of a 1.800" intake, the the use of a ported S/E 58mm t/body, or an S&S Throttle Hog could be used.
MUCH more gain at that point.
May need to bore the backing plate, so not to mask the t/body bore.
