I'm not "reluctant to utilizing a good fuel management system". Not sure how you got that from my posts. I'm well aware of the fact that if I port the heads, I will need additional fuel. I have modified a few bikes in the past. How exactly do you know I've left 5-10 hp/tq on the table by utilizing the HD re-flash?

Well, I figured that since you have not employed a good fuel management system over the HD flash that you were reluctant to employ a good fuel management system. I know you left some TQ/HP on the table because the HD flash is one size fits all, adds a bit of fuel across the rpm range but not necessarily where needed, raises the rev limit and is designed for a specific combination of HD parts. You have removed the cat and installed slip ons which I assume are aftermarket, so the flash is not designed for your application. Additionally, I have seen it proven on a local tuner's dyno (happens to be one of the best in the country) over and over again.
No disrespect intended but I don't care how good you think your tuner was with the Redshift cams, which are not that aggressive, if he couldn't resolve your driveability issues, you should have found another tuner.
