I would keep the rollers right where they are. They do good things to reduce stress and wear on the valve train. Maybe check the rocker lash...
Don't notice any added noise from my Crane rollers, but maybe it's just me.
Hey Dyna dog...... even if you had rocker noise did you really think you could hear it over those pips??? Lol.... Sounds Great...I'm finally on the road again....

Thanks and great to hear it brother. How's it run?

Don't know what rockers the OP is running but if Jim's or SE, they are noisy; I have run them both with .600" lift cams and can testify that the OEM rockers are quieter. Having said that, I have not run Crane rollers but have been told by folks I trust that they are the quietest and if I was to run cams with more than .600" lift, I would be looking for a set of Cranes.
You do not NEED more than 10-12psi oil pressure at idle. The HD lubrication system works on volume, not pressure. The '99-'06 models with the OEM cam plate and pump were working well at 5-8psi and I have seen some with high mileage at 3psi. Changing to a good straight 50W might quiet things down a but doubt that you will see an increase in pressure.
Did you adjust pushrods with pistons at TDC on the compression stroke? If not, readjust.
Easy to check crank run out but I doubt that is your problem. Put the OEM rockers back in and I am betting it will quiet down. Sell the rollers on Ebay and spend the money on beer.
I adjusted the pushrods properly. The tappet starts making the noise only when the oil pressure drops. That is why I think raising my oil pressure will help.

there's only one way to find out. put in different pressure relief spring. it will put oil pressure at idle over 10 psi then u can tell us the results. won't hurt nothing. if u don't like it put stock back in not hard to do.
found the problem the chain tensioner shoe was worn out. You would think that it would last more than 45,000 mile. The shoe was worn so the chain was hitting the little steel piston. It may have also been leaking excessive oil past piston. Don't know for sure. While was in there put a fueling cam plate and pump. It is much more quiet.
I had a lot of lifter noise on my fm107 kit after installation. I initially loaded the woods lifters to .100" preload but after doing some reading I adjusted them to .150" preload and they are quiet now. Try the increased preload and see if you like the results.

I now have 18 psi hot low idle and 60 hot high idle fantastic
