The bike is a 05 Roadking 95", SE heads, 10-1, Andrews 54's and Rinehart true duals.
Tuned by me with powervision and autotuned to a tee.
I was bored and thought I would ride 50 miles to the nearest dyno today.
I told my buddy that I thought the bike would do 93hp and 95 tq just to see how close I was.
Well, the dyno guy's printer wasn't working and I didn't have my glasses on and couldn't see the dyno screen. I was shocked when he told me 82hp!!
I got him to email it to me and I just got home to look at it.
I know he cranked the bike all the way to the 6200 limiter but the dyno chart only goes to 5200. (we never bothered with fuel mixture readings, this was just a quick hp and tq reading)
I'm not sure how this happened or what the real numbers should be.
I emailed him and I'm waiting for a reply.
Thats a nice torque curve and I'm sure that the hp probably topped out at 88 if it were to continue to show the curve. Are your heads stock? With some head work you should reach those numbers 95+ and more without a problem.

The heads are screamin eagle.
I welded a couple of extra baffles in the Rinehart pipes to tone them down a bit, I'm sure that cost a couple of hp. I'm also sure a pro tune would help it out some.

Which SE heads; there are several; need a PN.
EDIT: The motor has not been tuned and before you hit the panic button, spend the money for a proper dyno tune. The chart you posted does not show AFR readings and is pretty useless without them. Post the PN for the SE heads so we know what you are working with.

The front head is #16827
Before I spent the money for a proper dyno tune, i'd have to find someone I trust to do it. Clearly not the guy I went to. I never even got a proper dyno pull out of him, never mind tuning. Nor has he gotten back to me about the mistake.
Maybe Jarz in Vancouver-250 miles away. Too late in the year to ride Mountain passes.
ever see Discovery channels "Highway Thru Hell"? A little early in the season for snow, but that's my road.
Road flyer ; I just saw you're from B.C. Your fortunate enough to have a very well respected and talented tuner out there. Russell Inglis of Lonewolf Performance. I believe he's in Nanaimo or Kamloops ? I'm from Toronto,Ontario ; if I was even a 1,000kms from there I'd ride out there tomorrow. I had my dealer build and tune a simple 107 kit without head work, that was supposedly easy to tune. Well, after 3 attempts to get it right I finally gave up. Give Russ a call, he will set you up. Good luck !!
