Default Poll: Geardrive cams, do it yourself?

After seeing many posts recommending gear drives and somewhat reading the installation procedure I am curious how many did it themselves and how many actually needed an undersize or oversize gear.

Put them in 3 88" twin cams. Very little run out, standard gears were a perfect fit.

Just put the S&S 510G geared set in my 2005 FLSTN Deluxe. I measured the runout with a $35 dial gauge from Harbor Freight. It was well under .003" or whatever the limit was.
They run great.

In the 20+ sets we have done at the shop we have only had to use under/over gears 3 times. We have also seen a handful of bikes that had more than .003" runout and set them up with the hydraulic chain system...
