I would check engine mounts,handlebar mounts,front and rear axles, then compensator/stator/clutch.

I think it's important to know where the vibes are in the RPM range... From what I've seen the worst vibes are in the 1800 to 2500 range for dynas..

Well, still something up. Worst "roughness" is between 45-65 mph in 5th gear. Seems smoother around 80mph. smh....I'll get it one of these days. Still wondering if a sensor would be causing this...I'm not throwing an engine light but I haven't had a chance to get it into a dealer to pull the codes.

it was the motor mount.
