The link above for the service sheet doesn't work any more. Anyone have a downloaded copy that they could PM or email me? Would be much appreciated. I am going to call the dealer later today with the base gasket part number given above and see if it is still available (fingers crossed) but will be doing all the things suggested above as I dive into this. He hasn't had any problems with it, thankfully, so all we've had to do is services and such. He's the only customer I have with a 120R (also thankfully at this point) so I don't have much time on them.

Assuming I can use aftermarket head gaskets if I just find one for a 4.060 bore, I'll probably recommend to him that we inspect cam and lifters (50k miles but not sure how much on 120R as he bought the bike with 7k) but so far it has been a strong runner for him.
I have the instructions and parts list they come with in pdf. If you wanna send your email I'll forward them to you.

Cometic will have a gasket that will work if not.. I bet a cometic 4 1/8 inch bore cylinder gasket for stock TC cylinder stud spacing will work.

Cometic does sell head and base gaskets for the 4.060 bore. That's what I used when I built my 120. I have a spare set of both that I've been keeping for "just in case". They can be found on Ebay if you can't find a local source.
