Is anyone running a FP3 with a SE stage 4 setup? I'm going to have the dealer do a tire shredder kit on my 2017 Breakout and I'm being told that the FP3 is not good enough to tune the bike with a stage 4, but V&H says otherwise of course. They say they do at least one tire shredder a day and exceed the advertised 112HP/115TQ. Can anyone help me with some real world experience here?

JMHO, not based on real world experience since I have not/would not nor do I know anyone would try to tune a tire shredder kit with the FP3. I would and those that I know would dump the FP3 in favor of the TTS Mastertune or the Powervision. Better tune means better performance.
Do you already have the FP3...If so, and V&H says it'll work, then why not give it a try, nothing to loose. Flash the map they recommend, maybe run an Autotune session and see what you think.....After that, if it's not right, you can play around with editing the map or you can always ditch the FP3 if it doesn't get ya where you wanna be, buy another tuner and get it dyno'd....

Thats the thing, I have it and it is married to the bike now so maybe I will try it first. If it isn't up to the task then I will look into a Mastertune or a Powervision as djl suggested. But it is starting to sound like the general consensus with the exception of V&H. Thanks for the input guys.

Could you elaborate as to why you believe a tune with a Mastertune or Powervision would provide better performance than a tune with the FP3? Don't they all basically do the same thing? I understand there is no standalone software, other than the app, for the FP3 like there is for the Mastertune and Powervision, but if the OP doesn't get the bike dyno'ed, what has you believing Vance and Hines can't provide as good of a custom map for the OP's setup as the other two?
If you don't plan on getting the bike professionally dyno tuned and FP3 has an acceptable map for your build, then I'd say go for the FP3.
If you are planning to get it dyno tuned by a shop because you want to maximize the performance of your build, then get the tuner that the shop uses for tuning. Most shops around my area use Power Vision, Power Commander V, and TTS mastertune. I don't know of a lot of places that dyno thne with the FP3.
The fuel pak is a fuel controller ie it can add and reduce fuel. As far as I know it is not a full tuner like pv and TTS which allow you to change pretty much everything that the ecu manages for your engine. Can a fuel pak modify your spark timing? I reckon fuel pak would be fine for a stage 1 but if you go to the trouble of a stage 4 why skimp on the tune. May as well get it properly dyno tuned with a proper tuner.
