Don't be fooled a 98"er can and does put out very respectable triple digit numbers with the right cam and heads...
My 96" Evo is at 108 lbs of torque and I didn't push the envelope with the last build. I actually de-tuned it a little..
A gear ratio change will also be a great bang for the buckkk......
