Worried as the numbers on engine have nothing to do with VIN

Number left side behind foward control 1599315011

 

#`s on left should share some characters with the frame number

Disregard the #` on the right

 

Looks like it could be a 1999 FLSTF

BM = FLSTF
L = Carbureted
X = 1999
