Default Yellow fluid in trans..?

When I first popped off clutch cover some cappuccino colored fluid was present. Then when I drained the fluid it was clean. Later I pull the cover off again and again distinctive yellow color is now present...

any ideas?
by the way, this is first fluid change, 4400 miles
factory installed fluids, I'm hopping it's just from assembly lube

It looks like water was in there. Same color I get from a 2001 S&S 88 engine head breather when it drips on the ground. Was told moisture gets in and when it gets hot it looks like that.

Any time I've seem water in oil based products it's a creamy cappuccino colored, not yellow

also, this fluid seemed to have remained somewhat separate from rest of fluid that I drained?

In your pic it looks creamy color to me. If it was assembly fluid I would think it would merge with the oil, not seperate like water does. JMO
