Which Cams ?

I have a 2012 103 Street Glide pushing 45,000 miles. The lifters are starting to make some noise until the motor warms up . I'm thinking if I'm going to replace them I may as well go ahead and install some gear driven cams as well . Any suggestions which ones to get . The only mods to the bike is a Vance & Hines full exhaust with the cross over and the big slip ons , with a Big sucker air intake. I would like to increase the throttle response some , but don't want to decrease the fuel mileage or dependability as I primarily use this bike for touring. I have other bikes for the go fast stuff.

I'd look at an Andrews 48 or used 255s, stay chain driven.

S&S lifters/pushrods.
Andrews 48's or a Wood 222.
If you brought the engine to 10.2 cr, then an Andrews 57, Wood 6-6, would be good choices as well, then.
