Just got the call. 128 hp/ 129 tq. Haven't got the sheet yet, I'll be picking it up later. John, the owner at dream rides want to road test it. All in all I'm very satisfied with the work and service. I'll post the sheet later.
You ride this monster yet? Interested to hear your feedback on the ride and how that clutch is working out so far.
After the clutch spring change ( 3 sets come with the kit) no problem at all. I have the 6 -58# springs in. I have about 800 miles on it. I've rolled the throttle back a couple times. Lots of traction out back on the breakout but the tire will come loose easily if you want it too. One thing I can say is the 124 acts very tame if your just riding normal. Not twitchy at all. Power comes on very linear, and keeps pulling farther than you need it on the street. Naturally I wonder about a pipe change because I was skeptical of it going in to this, but I am going to just ride and enjoy for a while. Btw, it's a blast 2up, in the hills. What a difference.
Well , winters upon us here so I'm starting to look for an exhaust for the breakout. This bobcat pipe will be for sale when I find what I want. The search has just begun, but I'm thinking of having something built. I'd like full stainless. Possibly a cone style muffler. In thinking stepped primaries again. Spf fabrication, and burns come to mind. Anyone have something similiar? Thoughts are welcome.
I just put a RB Racing LSR 2-1 Pro Stock Challenge on my Still-Stage-1 103 ()
Bike runs great, sounds great ... we'll see how it likes a 124 soon. I'm sure it'll still be great, if not greater, lol
I'll see if I can get a pic up in a day or two .... bike needs a wash bad but it's been raining here in Jersey.
