Hpi makes a 62 cable. And can't be sure if the 66 hog has a cable option now that I think of it.
Jimmy has done the flow testing. No numbers in my possession just trusting his info.
I've always had problem understanding how HPI specs their throttle bodies..
Go to the website and pock around and you fine a 58-62 TB which I've understood for it to be 58mm venturi / butterfly but it opens 62mm where the throttle body enters the manifold..
If that's the case isn't it really a 58mm TB? Or is this some new preliminary stuff? Sounds like you got the inside line.
Too bad about the numbers. Would have been nicer if it was independent.
Cool.. I guess they just don't list it.. I assume you either had to bore of replace the backing plate..
They very well may not have it listed yet, fairly new offering for the cable driven.(Believe I had one of first ones ). Backing plate to match the 62 isn't listed either in their V2 AC options but there it is bolted up to that pretty dyna in the garage.

So Chris that's another great option for the breakout project The HPI cable 62 mm and matching V2 AC which does have an external breather option you have to ask for. Jimmy has always been great to work with, always reachable. Hell he turned around my FBW electronics on this last build in 2 days and the man had 19'tbodies on the bench for service. Can't go wrong going that route. Unless you committed to the SE 58 then R&R unit was made for that. And if you go 62tbody and want the overflow unit just call Art and they will machine an overflow backplate to 62 and re anodize it. Not on the website but something they did for me and target64 and is being offered.
