25,000 miles and the front cylinder is cracked
I have about $4500 to upgrade. Since I need to replace the front jug I want to pump it to a 107. I am seeing with the right setup it can see up to 125 hp and about 123 torque.
I would like to port and polish the heads and probably size up on the throttle body. I would like to keep the tuners i already have.
I am a daily rider and have put as much as 18000 miles on a bike in a year. I would like to have some fun power but want to it to be a reliable daily scoot.
Darrell, I suggest you follow the example set by Dave of post #4 and talk to Scott at Hillside. He can provide those numbers from a 107" and all the hardware you will need! I suspect your Python will have to go, but he can advise.

Good advice, Scott and his team at Hillside produced a 107 for me with 124tq 121hp and target64's 107 with 124tq 129hp just to name a few of many like this. Your pipe like grbrown states may be an issue for numbers if the lengths of various areas of the pipe are too short. Scott will advise and your budget should be no problem.
