If it was a Bandit clutch id say the gray springs with 2 washers. Good luck!

I would try the light and if slipping on dyno, go with medium. 635 isn't a tq monster and the lock up will help when it starts to make power. Being coil style springs. They are much easier to change w/ out taking off primary.

Whats the difference from the 640s?
My builder got them with the 124 kit...
I don’t even see any specs posted on the 635HOs

Ideal comp= 10:1-11:1.

S&S 640 cams
Ideal CR= 10.5-11.5

I got .640 cams with the build kit too but traded them back to S&S for the .635 cams. Earlier torque delivery.

I emailed Chance at Barnett, he recommended 3 light and 3 medium for my build. I estimated torque in the mid 120's and ended up making 121, no slip on the dyno sheet. My guess is you will need more than I did.

Thank you! I spoke with chance yesterday and he said to start with gold and stagger with green if I get slippage.
