More cubes is always the best way to increase torque.

Open ended question but more displacement, different cam selection, different exhaust configuration, more compression and headwork all will increase torque. Having said that and specific to your current motor configuration and hunt for more torque, those 57 cams need more than stock compression for optimum performance. You could have the heads worked for better flow and decked to bump compression to about 10.2, retune and you might be happy. If that doesn't float your boat, get the check book out.

When I put a Thunderheader on my Twinkie it boosted Torque by 12 pound feet and HP by 10.

well not verified but the twin cooled advertises like 10:1 or 10.2:1 or sumwhere in that range but my exhaust is stock gutted head pipe with rcx 4.5"slipons ? Im not sure how that adds up for low end torque or if there's a much better option ? All replies appreciated

what would be a realy good option for head work ? With a 110 drop in kit i think that may be the key is big bore with head work ?

Twin cooled compression is advertised at a nominal 10:1. Better than 9.6:1 (air cooled CR) to be sure, but in reality most twin cooled engines are probably more like 9.8-9.9:1 actual static compression. Get the compression where it should be at 10.2-10.25:1 and do some head work while you're at it and you'll be well on the way...

Oh, yeah. A good exhaust system is going to help. A lot.
