Default Raising cylinder compression

In a Se 110, how much would have to be removed to get the compression from 10:4 to 1 and increase it to 10:8 to 1 or slightly better. Thanks.

Cometic gaskets might get you there, depending on what your current thickness is.

Assuming a stock 0.045" gasket, a 0.030" gasket would get the OP to right at 10.7:1. Not quite there. Personally, a 0.010" cleanup cut with the thinner gasket is how I would go.

All my stock head gaskets have been .060", but that's on Evo's and Sportsters. Not sure on TC.

Stock head gaskets are 0.045" on Twin Cams. Just to confirm, I checked a head gasket recently pulled from my bike. 0.046".

Best to clean/prep, then cc the chambers.
Then the guesswork will be in the rear view mirror.

I had them done but they never recorded the numbers. My ccp is 195 warm. We are planning to remove the heads and installing a .030 gasket in place of the factory one. At that time we will record the size. With that stated is my ccp going to be to high for pump gas. I do not want to go above 210.

We don't like going above 200 here.
