Bore looks good, but previous owner put adjustable lifters, SE 260 cams, V n H exhaust, Thunderbolt and stuff, I bought with 13,000......buth left stock lifters......I figured the lifters were changed.....

How can the wear area on the inner race of the lifter roller be wider then the cam lobe? What does the cam lobe look like?

Find all th pieces or most of them? Is the cam okay?

How long did it run after this blew apart? I assume a very brief time so the bits did not get to far.

With that worn area on the inner race of the roller, it appears after the roller broke, someone adjusted the pushrod to work with it . What is strange is it appears wider then most cam profiles.
Big parts usually stay in cam case galley.

I road about 7 miles to home. It rattled at take off and squeaking. Changed Compensator but of course still knock.

Cam is scored...need cam , pump, cam plate, bearing , seals.

Really concerned, we ride long trips, recently returned from 15,000 mile ride..... prudent to do crank and mains... draining oil shortly and see it I can cut oil filter....old racing method.
