Default TC95 upgrade
Hi, i have on my tc88 a bore kit to 95“, using Arias pistons, screaming eagle cnc labotory heads and high lift cams, feed by a S&S super g carb.
The bike goes realy well , but when its getting to temperature the piston noise is very loud.
Does someone got a clue to that, thx for your thoughts.

Piston slap.. Could also be carbon between the head and the pistons tho HTCC heads typically have a bit of clearance. .

Sure it is not valve train lash?
Try loading the lifter to .140" prior to going into the engine.
