None. Just what gravity provides.

Incorporate a quick disconnect in the cross over; next tank removal will be so much easier.

Yup, you can get the Motion Pro device that seals off both ends for like $15

This, on every bike I have after the first time the tank has come off. Next time, a tank can be removed without draining the fuel, makes things much, much easier.

Part number for this one? I had one of their plastic ones that eventually broke.

The one in the photo is no longer available; got it from Herko, an HTT member but he no longer sells them and I believe because they are not made any more. I recently set up a cross over on my '05 FXSTD and used Goodridge fittings; a bit pricey but, as you have experienced with plastic, the plated brass/bronze fittings will not leak or break. I got mine from Summit Racing but you can check around and maybe find these or another cheaper; dunno. The metal quick disconnect fuel line fittings are hard to find; I guess the cheaper plastic fittings are more in demand.
