How do I get that thing out from ontop of the cylinder? Its runs down the center of the rocker case.

I have no idea what you're talking about. Pics might help.

so I got down to the top of the cylinder and the head has a pea sized dent in it. The intake valve was tangled up with the allan wrench. Finally got it out looks like everything just needs a good cleaning and put back together. Will post update soon.

You have to check for a bent valve, cracked guide, and seat damage and piston .

You will need a valve spring compressor or take it to a shop that has one to compress the valve spring to remove the allen wrench. The you will need to check for a bent valve as stated previously, along with looking closely to see what damage was done to the top of the piston.

Send the head to a competent machine shop so they can remove the allen wrench, disassemble and inspect the valve, seat, etc. and make the necessary repairs. Pretty sure that valve is bent but the restoration shouldn't be a wallet buster. Might be able to salvage the piston but a picture with the piston at TDC would help to evaluate; can't really see much in the posted pics of the piston.

One valve
One guide
dress the seat

If the piston is good
You are out about 200 bucks, maybe less. (if nothing else raised its ugly head)
I never low ball.
