tame my 120r
Hi,
I love the way my 120r pulls, but it's too loud.
There's a lot of threads on this forum about cams.
Although I understand what they do and how, it's not clear to me what options I have on the 120r.
I wouldn’t mind swapping the cams to get less exhaust noise, and if possible a bit tamer driving, and maybe even more bottom tq ?.
Some might find that a waste of 120r power, but I only have 2 ears, and law enforcement here is quite serious.
Anyone have experience with tamer cams ?
What are the pros/cons ?

I can't find one, the 120r pumps a lot of gas around.
Any sugerstions for a quiet exhaust ?
I have tried V&H short stagered. Won't run with any muffler. in it.
Now Rinehart, runs great but too loud. Wrapped the muffler, but hardly any change.

Thnx, is this from experience ? Could you share more findings about this combo 120r & supertrapp or FME ?

All the girls I've ever been with have all complained that my "manhood" was to big...said no one ever.

Get some earplugs and keep the noise down around populated areas. Got one ticket in 30 plus years of riding for a loud exhaust. That was because I was speeding and he wrote me for the exhaust instead of the speed.
