your running a 120R. with that amount of performance, your sh*t out of luck. Noise, you need to change the exhaust, since that's what makes the noise. but as mentioned, that much air and gas moving around, even a quiet exhaust will be loud.
do what was mentioned above, buy a decent set of ear plugs, or a box of them. that don't work, buy a jap bike then.

As mentioned, it's really a matter of how much performance that you are willing to give up. Most of the time when you try to make it less loud, you have to give up something, either tq or hp. You can still make good tq and be relatively on the quiet side.
