Does any one know if a 2008 100ci revtech will fit in 98 diyna lowrider

There is no easy answer to that question! If the Revtech engine was made in 2008, what model year of Harley was it intended to fit? Or was it installed in a 2008 Harley? It will help us to answer your query if you can tell us more about the engine.

Also depends on if it was designed for an A or B motor frame.

IIRC, the 100" Revtech motor was an Evo replacement motor so I believe it would fit in frame that an Evo motor came out of. Buyer beware though, Revtech motors are not known for longevity but, in the past, their customer service has been quite good. My cousin built a custom framed Harley clone on a softail frame and used a 100" Revtech motor. The motor broke down shortly after a few hundred miles and Revtech (Custom Chrome at the time) replace the motor, no questions asked and it is still running today. Many MoCo parts will interchange as well.
