assembled crank and cases are in, heads and cylinders are in, Woods lifters are in, Tman Cams are in, just waiting on my camchest/plate stuff from Fueling, which should be here on monday, then i can start mocking it up for final touches. will report again after all mocked up and ready for install/tune.

Ok, fueling cam plate, pump and tman cams are installed. Went with the Wood Alpha lifters, cylinders and pistons are installed, clayed up clearances are good. Now if i can just find my missplaced hardware, imcan install my compression releases and get the heads in and torqued down. Starting to get excited about it. Heads cc'd at 83 accordingb to the sheet from Kirby and pistons are showing a flat deck.

ok, got some new hardware to replace the stuff i miss-placed. got my manual compression release work done, man this SE/Jims Jig is NICE. makes it a real easy job. now i can do my last dynamic clay measurements and start the final paint and assembly. cant wait to get this puppy in the bike. i took some pix that i'll try to get up later on.

Kirby did do all the head work , we had communicated on the build prior and he also had the pistons and it's something he's done quite a bit of. I do all my own CR valve work it keeps my costs down, since I have the equipment and experience to do it, saves me 100-150 depending. I bought the Jig/Tool a while ago before I started using Kirby do do my headwork, in order to correct some other issues with bikes that were coming in to me. i'll try to get combustion chamber pix later, but nothing out of the ordinary for the Stage2 headwork. Just got to do the final clay, torque it up and get ready to put it in. Also doing a 6-speed conversion, so i'll have to make sure about my primary drive alignment.
