If you buy the 2313SE you'll se an oil ring groove around the circumference of the lifter for pin oiling; they run very quiet. There are some other differences but this is the most obvious. Makes it simple. WFO Larry sells them for a decent price; probably cheaper than other sources.
with S&S units unavaliable,we`re using them here too.
I know S&S discontinued their premiums about the time I bought them for my Sportster. They say their new performance lifter I think it's called is just as good.
I question whether they or the woods are any better than the Johnson Hylift 2313SE tho to command such a price difference. $25+ per lifter more?
I'm sold on the Johnsons. I read there's a place that sells them and only the ones that test best for tolerances. Is this still the case? Wasn't Larry but another one. Larry does appear to be slightly cheaper than the Manufacturer tho.
Torrington B148 bearings correct?
I'm on the fence with pushrods. FM, Smith bros., and I see S&S has one that works with the stock tubes too. Any pros or cons on any of these?
I've always been a firm believer in solids but...

I bought a cam kit from FM a few years ago and it came with their push rods. I don't like FM pushrods, they are a pita to adj. Bought S&S much easier to adj.
I will be following this as well as doing cams soon (have the Andrews 48H) and saving for the rods and lifters. I saw these listed but disnt realize the couple different models of Hylifts. I was also looking at the Feuling units. Thank you for the timely info

Can't go wrong with Larry's. B148 for early model; B168 for later models. S&S Quickies are a popular choice but I have always had good luck with HD SE Tapered units PN 18404-08. Kit includes, o-ring, tubes, clips and push rods; 18404-08 is PN for chrome covers but they are available with black covers as well, different PN.

I could swear I read some time ago that FuelMoto pushrods are Smith bros, they just put their name on it, maybe someone here can clarify?
