Can anyone point me in the right direction for some 9.5 or 10.1 pistons that will give me an overall compression of 9.5 with stock heads and a ccp of around 180??
Also, how many cc's do the different high comp pistons have?? So I can use the big boys compression cam calculator.

Using CP Carillo pistons as an EXAMPLE
p/n M5003 12cc 9.75-1 .005 overbore
p/n M5008 16.1cc 10.5-1 .005 overbore
C/R`s listed are NOMINAL figures
I`m sure other brands are similar, your preference, LOOK THEM UP and research

hey djl, thanks for the offer. I'm in Perth western Australia which is unfortunately pretty isolated compared to the east coast. Cheers. 👍
My buddy is aware of a tuner in Brisbane which is about as far away from Perth as one can get. He is from the Brisbane area, around Slacks Creek and may or may not be aware of anyone in the Perth area but I will ask.

From everything I'm reading, headwork is a big part of where the power is made - but it's looking like that's not really possible for me to get locally, and would cost a bucket to send 3000 miles away to be done properly and sent back.
I'm looking for the best cam / piston / compression combo without needing any headwork porting polishing valve job etc
A simple shaving/milling to clean the surfaces or even a 50 thou milling of the heads may be possible from one of the local engine builders here if that's a good option?

Thanks for the help.
As for milling the heads, you just have to go to the Big Boyz compression calculator and put in the data and shoot for 9.6 corrected and 190-200 CCP. You might also consider the V&H FP3; several guys that lack access to a dyno tuner are going that route with decent results.
Instead of milling heads, you might need to go the other way with domed pistons, leaving the heads alone except for new guide seals, multi angle valve job and general cleanup.

Thanks, I'll see if I can find someone who even knows how to do a multi angled valve job, seals and a clean up on HD evo heads here, but I'm not too hopeful!! 🤔
Get a Twinkie powertrain from a Twin Cam era Softail and swap it in. I did exactly this on my 1994 Road King, swapped in the powertrain from a 2000 RK Police. Fvck the Evo, it's an antiquated design.
