SE255 is a good bolt in cam. S&S 510 won't make quite as much hp as the 255 but is another great bolt in cam. bolt in means no head work stock valve springs will work
can't forget about the Andrews 26 grind
Andrews 48 would be a good choice. A lot like the SE255 with good bottom but will carry out farther than the 255 and make more HP. If just looking for stump pulling TQ, the 255 will do that but falls on it's face about 4000rpms.
Might as well throw the S&S 583s in the mix. They'll run out a little better than the 255s too.

That 259E has never been accused of being a stump puller but in that torque range there's bolt ins like the S&S 570 and TW555 or Andrews 57s that would do better and at 10.5:1 there's a shitload better choices. In fact at 10.1, 10.2 those 570s or 555s or 57s would do well in this case for a broader torque curve and little less stump pulling.
For stump pulling bolt ins tho, he's got some good choices above.
