CCP of 210ish isnt a bad thing. Just need to have a pretty good tune but you should anyway. My sporty build, 1250/Hammer 570s was at 210psi. I know quite a few running as high as 225. Rubbermount 1200s came 200 - 225 from the factory.
If the .030 puts you at 210, I'd do it. Having the proper squish makes it much more efficient.

Running my current 98" motor with CCP at 212psi (115/1115) with no issues but with a very good tune.
