Deck on those is usually very close.

Excellent, maybe it'll be easier on my evo. I remember it being difficult on my twincam but I wasn't even sure if I was in 5th gear anyway.

I mocked this up and tried in 6th gear. I could positively find TDC, easily turning the rear wheel.

One more question on deck height.

Where do I measure on a dome piston? On the d shelf? Edge of the piston?
