ACR 103” heads

If using the 103” heads to big bore a 96” to a 107” can the stock ACR’s be removed and manual ones installed?
the 96” wiring harness does not accommodate the releases .

IIRC there is a work around to connect the ACR`s to your existing starter circuit.

I swapped a 96 to a 103HO on my 07 flhtc and it cost me $200 I think to get the dealer to install the wires and flash the ECM to make the 103 from a 2014 Streetglide.to work properly.

Use harness 70623-06 - that's easily wired in, and either the dealer or the tuner (using your PV) can enable the operation.

Yep ... Harness can be installed ... Or ... You can wire the releases through the starter circuit

Yes they make plugs for the ACR's & MCR can be machined in,but I would get the harness & use the ACR's

That is what I did to the heads when I built a 98" motor for my '05FXSTD. Personal choice, I have always used manuals, used to them and did not want to change.
