Default Check engine light on (code P0151)

I posted this on another site with zero response. Any shared experiences or thoughts would be appreciated.
I have a 2018 Road Glide Special with the M8 107 with Stage ll upgrade installed before delivery at the dealer.
HD Screaming Eagle Stage ll
  • HD Wedge high-flow air cleaner
  • HD Torque cam HD Pro Street tuner.
  • Bassani True Dual high-flow exhaust
  • RC Components 4.5" Rage mufflers

The bike went to local dealer for a 20K service. Running PERFECTLY with no issues. On the first ride after the service was completed, within 100 miles, the CHECK ENGINE light comes on. Stopped and checked the code...P0151(rear cylinder lean). Stopped by the closest dealer.(not the one that did the 20K). They hooked the bike to the Digital Tech. Said the O2 sensors were ok and cleared the code. Headed for home. Within 50 miles the light came on again. Took the bike the next day to my local dealer. They didn't even hook the bike to the Digital Tech, just reset the code on the bike using the odometer button. Said keep an eye on it and we will check it down the road of necessary. "Could have been bad gas" (I run 93 octane Sunoco).
Out on a full day ride yesterday (with a fresh tank of 93 octane from a different Sunoco station). Check engine light (P0151) came on 132 miles into the ride of varying terrain and elevation. When we stopped for gas I cleared the code again. Filled with Mobil 93 octane. Check engine(P0151) came on again at 125 miles.
Thinking back on all three situations where the light came on, I feel like I may have been decending a grade with NO fuel being given to the engine through throttle input (engine braking). Nothing really steep, but no need for throttle input. As I stated before, no issues BEFORE the 20K service. Both dealers offered to install the SE Auto tune in addition to the SE Pro tuner. I can't change the Pro tuner yet as I am still under warranty.
I apologize for the long read.
Thanks in advance

Was the bike originally tuned with a custom made calibration? Do you have the device it was tuned with? Have you tried to reload that tune?

Did the dealer that did the service perform any downloads to update the calibration?

All service and performance parts have been performed/installed by the dealer where I purchased the bike. They installed the "generic" map for SE Stage ll upgrades. Yes I still have the original tune. No updates or recalibrations we're done. As far as I know, all they did was a standard HD 20K service. Their first response was that they see this often with the Bassani header pipe.(it's been on the bike for 19000 miles). The bike is going in July 24 for them to diagnose the issue. I'm on the fence regarding having them install the SE Auto tune.

Part of the 20,000 mile service ( actually anytime bike is in for any service ) is to check to see if latest calibration is installed. That is straight out of the 2018 service manual. Tech might of downloaded latest but not for your stage II. I have seen it happen a view times. I would have them check this with their DT before I would spend any money.

Thanks hrdtail78. That makes a lot of sense. I will check with the dealer before buying the SE Auto tune

At it's age and number of miles I'm starting to see sensors going. They have been accompanied by missing engine and coding. the P0151 is the latest. They tell me a possible exhaust leak is allowing too muck O2 into exhaust
