Hello, I have a problem with the cold start.
I have to disconnect and reconnect the spark plug wires otherwise the motorcycle will not start.
I changed spark plug, wires and ignition coil

That's the wrong type of plug. NGK are great and I use them but you don't need fancy iradium type ones. There great for long life in a Honda car but they fowl easily in a bike with a little fowling and weak spark.

New however should cause no problem.

Never had a problem with using those plugs just make sure you gap properly. You might have an ignition/timing issue as well.

Ride safe!

If it starts fine after first start. Doubt its timing. It's a cold start fuel issue.

What kind of choke system is on carburetor?

PS.. your first post about pulling spark plug wires and reconnect does not translate to make any since.

original choke system
if I disconnect the spark plug wire, test the ignition with the grounded spark plug and reconnect, the engine starts.

Your saying, you have an extra test plug or plugs grounded and you pull spark plug wires and attach to the test sparkplugs, you see them spark when you crank motor?
