Engine Mechanical TopicsDiscussion for motor builds, cams, head work, stripped bolts and other engine related issues. The good and the bad. If it goes round and around or up and down, post it here.
What you are saying is happening is making no sense mechanically or from an electrical standpoint.
Yes, it's crazy, but I think it's an ignition problem.
What I don't understand is that when I finish the ignition test and reconnect the wires, the motorcycle starts. After no problem but the next day not start anymore
The big question is - what carburetor does it have?
In the old days with points ignition, and especially if the condenser was weak and you flooded the thing, you could pull the boots up off the top of the plugs so the spark had to jump from the wire end to the plug. That would often make it start. Wasn't fool-proof but worked many times. And has nothing to do with the OPs issue....

The next day would have helped make since in your first post .
There are already 2 good resourses giving information, but I'll throw mine in also. Doubt it is ignition/electrical, as nothing there change between the first start and a warm start or later start. Sound like fuel to me. #1 flooding and by the time you do your check it has leaned out. #2 not getting enough fuel to begin with and next start attempt has enough. You tested spark, did you test fuel? The little squirt you can see initially. I would do a good carburator cleaning or at least shoot a little starter fluid without and throttle. If it fires off, not electrical.
