Did some trading and ended up with this hardtail with a motor we can't find any info on. Anyone know what motor this is? It will dust a good running v rod we've got.
Just looks to be a custom built Evo,no telling what's inside or how big it is.
Later Evo since a head breather, can't make out the lettering on the case but I'm guessing maybe an aftermarket engine case.
because a stock V Rod will eat most any 80 inch evo for breakfast,,,,,remember what stock evo hp was,,,,,55 or something like that. Ev en if the engine is bigger and built up, unless it is very big and really well built and tuned, the VRod should still eat it for breakfast..
As a point of reference, the normal S&S 113 hi performance evo will run down a vrod, but most things short of that wont.
m
or the vrod rider doesn't have what it takes.
While it kind of looks like an HD stamped number, it looks like someone did it by hand.. HD uses a CNC machine to stamp the numbers. Also the boss looks cut down..
