Bike has an Arlen ness front end with 9” risers, any recommendations on how I can find out my throttle cable and clutch cable lengths? The clutch cable on it seems like it was too long anyways and it’s wore out, throttle cables I figured I’d measure them but I’m not sure they were right for it either. I’ve got a bunch of odds n ends parts to get for it but runs good wasn’t bad for $1500 with title AN front end got some play side to side when you hold the bars and move the wheel,s&s carb and intake, Rivera pro clutch, supposed to have a cam but I’m not sure till I see for myself. I don’t think I got a bad deal? Any advice or recommendations?
Clutch cable doesn't look too long.
You could do the string measure, use a piece of string to follow the path of the cables.
It measures outer cable length not the cable itself.
And it depends where the movement is, rim, neck or bars there are bearings and bushings that can be replaced.

Go through that Frankenstien and make her right, that's what I would do. Measure the cables with kite rope and painters tape, very simple. And get the service manual, Harley not Clymers or the Chilton nonsense.
Also I’m trying to find tank mounting hardware. I’m not seeing very many options anywhere I’m looking could someone possibly help me find a link to tank bolts and grommets? I would really really appreciate that
The motor Vin says it's a 1996, 1340 out of a Heritage Softail.. what is the frame vin? After market front end with what appears to be Wide Glide triple trees and a Softail custom rear fender.. I would say a good deal if the title matches the frame VIN...

use the `91 Softail as that`s as far back as it goes
