Once again, don't disagree with other poster's comments and agree that there are better combinations but it won't matter what changes the OP makes if the dealer can't tune it. Look at the sheets the OP has posted; do any of those look like the tuner knows what he is doing? The dealer techs are the ones that have agreed to the current configuration and, I think, there is agreement that any knowledgeable builder would not have let the OP dig the hole he now finds himself in. Just because a dealership has their own dyno doesn't mean that the guy using it really knows how to tune. Many dealer tuners start with a map, make a few runs, adust a few tables and call it good. I would wonder how long the bike was on the drum for the tune? How is the rideablitiy after the tune?

Before the OP does anything, verify that the current state of tune is accurate via another tune; same as getting a second opinion for a medical condition. Obviously, the OP has the funds as he appears to be ready to replace cams, pistons, exhaust, etc. If the second tune verifys that the first tune is off and shows better results, the OP might be able to live with it. However, if the second tune shows the initial tune is accurate, the OP should be talking to known builders like Hillside Cycles, WFO Larry, HD Street Performance, etc. to come up with an alternative build plan that will produce the results a solid 117" motor should produce and find a shop to consult with to re-configure the build. I just don't know where to send the OP for the second tune.

I hate to see members start throwing parts/money at a build when they really don't know if they need to and if they do, how to get it done. JMHO and I will get off my soap box now.

Makes you wonder why you don't see more of Steves cams? Could be because he doesn't publish profiles?

Something don't add up on this dealer build/tune. Even with true duals ( whose true duals?) should make at least close to 1hp per cubic inch
Cam sprocket off a tooth?

Thank you tdrglide; finally someone is on the same page with me and we are getting somewhere. Cam sprocket off a tooth? Good question and easy enough to check with a compression test.
@krackken tdrglide might be on to something worth checking out. Have the dealer run a compression test and let us know the results.

It looks normal to me for dresser duals, these aren’t Rineharts

Well OP did gain 6hp with those pipes, but new build should be cranking about 195ish with flat top pistons, 9.3 corrected and the 7H. I would have expected increase in torque too

No reason this cam shouldn't still produce low to mid 110's hp and low to mid 130's tq. The culmination of parts always need to be right and a professional tune a must to bring it all together

First of all, Are you running flat top pistons or dished? Because I don't see 9.9 static. 117 inł motor should be 4.125" by 4.375 with a .030" head gaskets and pistons in the hole .002" (speculating) and an '89cc head (again speculating);you still up at 10.8:1 static and with that 42° IVC still at 9.8 corrected with 207 psi cranking..
Something is not adding up..

I agree with djl.. have your tuner bump up the cubic inches in the software to 124.. I think you have a fuel related issue and by bumping that number up the ECM will provide a different injector pulse width which will get you more fuel once you'll get rid of that silly flat line.. You need a good tuner...

Anyways my 2 cents..
