Exclamation Milwaukee eight runabilty issue!
I work in a Mom & Pop dealership/service shop. I have three milwaukee eights 2 17's and an 18 model year. One with full exhaust, air cleaner and an FP3 tuner. One with stage 5 114" kit & andrews 520 cam, full exhaust, intake, air cleaner, injectors etc. Another with 475 s&s camchest.
Severe hiccup/hesitation while leaving a light at normal rpm.
Checked intake leaks, fuel pressure, spark, watched sensors on " can-do" computer while running. Found nothing and have no codes to support an issue.

Any ideas?
Anybody having these same issues??

A canned base tune is likely the culprit, based on your parts description.

This might sound a little simple, but that have you checked the clutch switch? I had issues with both my 17 & 18 that were exactly as you described due to faulty clutch switches.

What is the idle speed.

Idle speed is @ 1000-1050 RPM.

Yes all three bikes have the same issue. Very odd considering one is relatively stock and the other two are not.
