There NO bushings in any Ironhead Jiffy Stand. That thing you refer to as a "bushing, HD calls it a 34168-52 Roller Shift Finger," commonly referred to as the Top Hat. Ya got 2 of em . . . and they both suck. The slight taper on the open side reduces the contact 25/30% with the shift cam they slide in. Look for Shovelhead "Top Hats" and file em down to fit. Results - 100% contact and smooth shifting. Shovelhead Top Hats are longer the the XL's so cutting them to length works out perfectly.
