Default Found This in Filter

As some of you may know, I posted about my wife's Dyna's Rocker Box leak and the failed first repair. Well after successfully doing them again and having no leaks I changed the oil and filter. And found this stuff in the filter media. I like to inspect my filters for reasons just like this.

I think it's gasket material because of the orange on it. Question is, will it be a problem or did it all wash out into the filter?
I believe on a EVO Dyna the oil is filtered after the engine and before the return to the oil tank. So, kinda worried. What do you guys think?
Toothpick and machinists ruler for size.

I don't think it's a big deal and wouldn't split the case for a few pieces of gasket. If it were mine, I'd change the oil, clean out the tappet screen and forget about it.

I just tend to over think things I guess. Tappet Screen was super clean.

stock usually filters in the supply side, most aftermarket is usually set up on the return.

No.

No EVO (or Shovelhead) Big Twin has an oil filter on the pressure side of the lube circuit.

All EVO Big Twins have the oil filter on the scavenge side of the lube circuit, Shovelhead also.

All TC and M8 engines have filter on pressure side of lube circuit.

Someone been in there to replace base gaskets previously? Could be bits from scraping away old gasket on that job
