Problem solved
Well I feel pretty dumb but we gotta admit our mistakes. For some reason the EITMS was never activated on either of my bikes so I have never experienced what it feels like when it does engage. The technician who was working on my bike must have noticed that and turned it on for me. I’m glad it wasn’t worst case scenario. Thanks for all the advice and trying to troubleshoot for me. I have now turned on the EITMS on both of my bikes and I will get used to the new sounds as being normal.
