Starting issue on my night train 09
When I cold my bike it starts by a click and then it turn the starter and starts the bike just fine but when it gets hot the bike just clicks and starter turns very slow and then skips and clicks and repeats it untill I let it go but as soon as the bike cools it starts like the first time
I have attached the video of cold start!
PLEASE HELP AS I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS
Forget to mention my bike is 09 harley night train and it shows no codes what so ever and runs fine

Could be starter clutch, when they get weak it kinda grinds. Weak battery reveals them, or vice versa.
Band aid, try tapping starter quick to decompress. This works with carbs, but not sure about fuel injection cause they start so quick.
How old is battery and how many miles on starter? around 50-100 bucks for starter clutch. Not the worse thing to replace over a winter. But I am not there to hear it.

How old is battery? Weaker battery will also show a weak starter clutch, or vice versa.
Is motor stock?
Being a battery on charger starts it, your battery may be getting old? Do you store it on a tender? don't if you do, you won't know about a weak battery until you get from home. Leave it off tender for a weak and try starting it. Or bring it in for a load test or buy load tester.

Again, how old is the battery and how many miles on starter clutch? What kind of battery?
But given you put it on the charger, and it starts fine, probably battery. Unless you got a built motor, that could benefit from a big starter.

You jump started and it worked. So think you probably know how expensive batteries are, so started this thread.

FIRST things first, dont start throwing parts and money at it ***** nilly.
Start with battery FIRST, ya cant do ANYTHING without a good battery to begin with!!
And he meant how many miles on the bike..........
