Default Engine noise

Nice to meet you. I have a 05 twin cam. I got a noise from the rockerhead, so I replaced the rocker arm, the push rod, and the lifter all. Still, the noise. It's fine during idling, but it happens when the rpm goes up or down. Is the crankshaft or flywheel bearing a problem?

What I hear is lash in the valve train; not crank related. OEM pushrods or adjustable? What lifters?

You are getting a whirr with the rattle.. I'd suspect cam chain tensioners.

The lifter, push rod, and rocker arm have all been replaced with new OEM products. Nevertheless, the noise continues.

I have replaced both the cam chain tensioner and cam bearing, the noise is from the left side of the engine, not the cam side.

You have quite a few threads and posts about engine noises. Are these all for the same bike, and issue?

Then your primary chain is too tight.. As light as the rattle is, I'd suspect you got rocker shaft rattle... BTW, I would not use new OEM lifters (99C) , they have been known to fail.
