Possible bent valve?

we did warranty work on AIH bikes,replace the ignition.we had alot of probs with stock ignitions,we replaced them with dyna S`s

My mechanic called....tell me how you feel about this. He asked how I start the bike. I told him I put the choke on half way, then when it starts I use the thumb screw to lock the throttle till the bike warms up. I told him I used the chokke all summer. He said he could not find one thing wrong with the bike. When he originally put it on the dyna machine, it did run ****ed up. He said he changed the "Fouled Plugs" and the bike has been fine since. I told him I did that as well and the bike ran ok for 3 miles and then acted up again. he said i could be fouling the plugs when I start it. Plus not to mention he said i need to get on the bike sometimes to clean all the **** out of the carb etc. Because i told him i do baby the bike. (after all it is a rigid, kinda hard to really ride it hard). he also indicated the way fuel is nowadays that can contribute to it. He said hes logged about 50 miles so far and its been free of problems. I told him to log 100 more to make sure. So hopefully this is it? (Im skeptical)
