Default Going back to stock mufflers

I guess I am simply getting old but my Vance and Hines are too loud for my liking. The bike is a 2003 Road King. Will I have to get the fuel system re-flashed?

Did you have anything done when you put the VH mufflers on? I am guessing it is FI and not carburetor? Been riding and working on Harley s none stop for 40 years and my 02 Ultra is the first time I have ever run stock mufflers which has 85K on it now. I do love listing to my stereo is another reason. Matter of fact my 02 Ultra is the first Harley I have owned with a electric starter in 40 years of riding Harley s. LOL I am not getting old I am old. LOL

I bought the bike used so I really don't know if Stage I was done or not. I suspect that it was. It is FI.

Since the bike already had Stage I done to it, I decided to purchase a set of Super Trapp SE mufflers. The bike ran a bit rich with stock pipes and I wasn't up for the Stealer taking more of my money for a SERT and stock air intake to bring the bike back to factory settings

The Super Trapps are a bit louder than stock but way less offensive than the V&H's and are the same pipe as the discontinued Screaming Eagle Touring pipes. With Bike Week coming up in NH, I am planning on spending a lot of time in the saddle so no more ear ringing!!
