I am new to this sight and already posted this question in the sportster forum section. Does anybody know the standard piston size for a 1966xlch. I need a new piston ring and the HD dealer is no help unless I know what size I need. (Standard or over-sized). Seeing as it is a '66 it has been modified and rebuilt over time. The piston measures 3.046" in diameter and has "070"stamped on the top. Any help or literature would be great. I need to ride.
