Question How the H*LL does this work

Just became a first time owner of a Harley, and it happens to be a 77 Sx250 (250cc AMF 2stroke).
It is a basket case project bike, however around 90% complete between a rolling chassis and the Basket of parts.
The one thing I cannot wrap my head around tight enough to figure out is the fact it runs 2 spark plugs in a single cylinder from a single ignition coil.
I though I might have been crazy and it was missing a coil, but according to the wires in the loom (still factory taped and wrapped) this is not the case.
FOR SANITY'S SAKE CAN SOMEONE BREAK IT DOWN FOR ME??
Do I need some special park plug wire? Maybe I am missing some kind of coil to coil jump lines AND the other coil?

Nope if I am right all Harley's fire on both intake and exhaust stroke so the coil is always firing no matter what. The rest I cant explaine how it works

It` a two stroke engine...it completes an intake, compression, combustion and exhaust cycle on every revolution.

One of the holes may have been for a compression release, I remember when they would fail we would yank them out and just put a spark plug in the hole just to plug the opening......
