I think the head work would be good but it may not help u where u want. I would try that wood's tw6 that should give u the torque your after... And if u have the money port ur heads with the tw6
Well, in my frustration to stop the ticking, I cut out another set of stock pushrods and installed the adjustables again...things weren't working out.
I have ordered a set of Andrews 26hs due to the lower lift and cheap price and will be installing with stock pushrods.
Using the BigBoyz calculator with the 26 cams, corrected compression says 9.64:1 compared to the 37s with 4° advance at 9.67:1. I am assuming that means I will have no problems with hot starting and pinging on 93 octane since I have been running this setup.
I will ride it like this regardless of noises and whatever power delivery it has. Sometimes when you focus on things too long, it will drive you nuts.
Too many real problems need my time and money.
Thank You Both for taking the time to try and help me out! I appreciate it!
Sounds good. I'm guessing it will feel similar to my bike I'm running 95inch 9.3.1compression with ported polished heads and andrews 21 cams..Its all low end grunt the bottom end is strong. 0-60 it rocks
